Too soon to tell ‘terror’ impact on tourism: Bradley

    From the Niagara Falls Review:

It’s too soon to tell whether the summer’s usually busy tourism season will be affected by the capture of 17 people alleged to be plotting a terrorist attack in southern Ontario.

But Ontario Tourism Minister Jim Bradley says foreigners should be impressed with Canada’s police forces, who acted swiftly to thwart the terror cell’s efforts.

He said it shows the world that Canadians are “alert” and “vigilant” about possible threats.

Still, Bradley said the government will be watching to see whether perceptions about Ontario have changed.
