Notice of City Meeting for space by Sheraton Hotel at end of Fallsview Blvd

There is a notice of a public hearing up on the fence across from the Sheraton Hotel at the end of Fallsview Blvd. I’m not sure what land the meeting is about. Overall that location is great as it is overlooking the Falls (as you can tell by the picture):
