If you’ve been to Niagara Falls before, and been up/down Clifton Hill, then you passed and probably went into Movieland Wax Museum of Stars. Well, Movieland was closed all winter as it moved down the hill. It re-opened Friday, March 25, 2005. It is larger, brighter, less boxy, and generally is worth the $9.99 for admission.

I was more than impressed by the new Movieland. It it quite the Hollywood experience. All sets are extremely life like and I was spooked and goose bumped by the horror section. Definitely a must see and well worth the price!!!
What happened to Circus World?
Circus World was just a tenant of the building. Once the lease was up, the owner didn’t renew it and redeveloped the building as an expanded Wendy’s, a new Fun Factory retail store, and the new Movieland. We’ll have some pictures and posts about the improvements in Wendy’s and the new retail store once they are open (within the next couple of weeks).
