State considers other parks for lodge, not just Goat Island
From the Buffalo News: New York State will consider other sites for a lodge near Niagara Falls, the local chief of Empire State Development said Wednesday, after local officials criticized Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s proposal to build a lodge on Goat Island.
