With all of the changes happening at the Kelsey’s on Clifton Hill, it is no surprise to see that the resetaurant is expanding (it says “additional facilities”) and therefore the liquoru license needs to be amended.
From the Niagara Falls Review: A massive redevelopment project on Clifton Hill that includes what’s described as “go-carts on steroids” is well underway. “Right now we’re working on the Ripley’s and Kelsey’s building, which is right on the frontage of Clifton Hill, so that’s about 25,000 square feet,” said Harry Oakes, president of HOCO Limited….
The new patio at the Kelsey’s on Clifton Hill looks very snazzy. It is much larger, and the covering looks like it can move up or down. I’m sure it looks great at night.
The work going on at Kelsey’s on Clifton Hill continues. A new concrete patio was poured, and there is some sort of structure going up.
I posted previously that Kelsey’s was undergoing renovations, and a sign on the door said it would open Feb 2. It didn’t open on the 2nd, but will open on the 10th. At one point the restaurant was gutted. It looks to be almost done and looks very nice.
The Kelsey’s at the top of Clifton Hill is closed for the next month. The place has been gutted.
