Niagara Falls wedding chapel offers drive-thru for Canadians in love

    From Global News:

There’s a typical version of chapel weddings we’ve all seen in pop culture: the couple is often drunk, the officiant is dressed like Elvis and the newlyweds usually wake up with regret.

There’s also the assumption that all chapel weddings are “in the moment,” but the owners of Elope Niagara’s Little Log Wedding Chapel will tell you this is not the case.

The chapel, which now offers the Niagara Falls region’s only drive-thru wedding service, is designed to service a range of couples.

Overnight fire guts four Niagara Falls businesses

I’m a little late in posting this, but here are some articles regarding the fire on Victoria Ave that I posted about last week

    From Niagara This Week:

A major fire early Wednesday morning destroyed four businesses on Victoria Avenue, not far from Clifton Hill.

When firefighters arrived on the scene just after midnight, they found smoke coming from a portion of the building at 5815 Victoria Ave. which houses The Capish Hip Hop store, Phat Cat Tattoos, a palm and tarot card reader and a sand art store.

Niagara Falls Fire Department Deputy Chief Phil Ross said firefighters began to attack the blaze, but it spread quickly, and flames broke through the roof.
