The new building that is going up at the corner of Ellen Ave and Centre St (former Ma Agretto’s building) has some nice stone work on the front now. Overall, the building seems to be progressing quite slowly. I wonder how long it will be before it is open.
Back in January/February, the Kelsey’s at the top of Clifton Hill was closed for renovations. The restaurant has been open again for more than 2 months, and they are now working on the patio.

The building at the corner of Centre St and Ellen Ave where Ma Agretto’s used to be is coming along. The foundation/basement and ground floor are there, and they are working on the second floor.
The Kelsey’s at the top of Clifton Hill is closed for the next month. The place has been gutted.
There is some scaffolding up outside Antica Pizza on Victoria Avenue. The work has come along since I took this picture. I’m not positive, but it seems that they will be moving the front door.
I’ve posted about this a couple of times. The former Fallsview Inn on Stanley Avenue is undergoing renovations. They’ve added a few floors to the the hotel, and it is also a bigger building now (wider/more rooms).
