From Niagara This Week:

Fallsview Casino Resort is flush with positivity thanks to being recognized with five Certificates of Excellence from the travel website TripAdvisor.

Certificates were awarded for the casino’s hotel; its R5, Ponte Vecchio, and 21 Club Steak and Seafood restaurants; and for the casino itself as an attraction.

Certificates of Excellence are awarded to hospitality businesses that have earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. They are based on quality, quantity, and timeliness of customer reviews submitted on the site over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews, and have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
