Authorities investigate witness reports of person going over Horseshoe Falls

From Niagara This Week: No body has been found after authorities from both sides of the border responded to a situation where several witnesses said someone had fallen over the Horseshoe Falls. “These are tough situations,” Niagara Parks Police Insp. Paul Forcier said. “At this point we don’t have a lot to go on.”
