Drummond Road will be transformed into one of the world’s longest slip n’ slides this summer.
The busy road will be closed between Lundy’s Lane and Prospect Street on August 13 accommodate the 1,000-foot-long three-lane Urban Slide.
“They are a blast,” said Jesse Fulton, president of 365 Sports, the Blue Mountain-based company that is bringing the slide to six cities across Ontario this year.
“You get some momentum, you hit and slide and you go.”
