Winter Festival of Lights returns for 37th season
From Niagara This Week: The Ontario Power Generation Winter Festival of Lights marked the start of its 37th season with a day of interactive festivities at Queen Victoria Park Saturday. There was live entertainment, food trucks and a variety of interactive displays including illuminated teeter totters.
