When Canadian Niagara Hotels wanted to build a massive new water park on Falls Avenue in Niagara Falls, they turned to Emilio Raimondo and his team at Raimondo + Associates Architects Inc. to overcome a unique challenge.
It had to be built atop an existing parking garage.
“Putting a building atop a building is complex,” said Raimondo.
