With regard to the decision to release a giant black cloud of stinking water discharge into the lower river on a Saturday afternoon during tourist season, how about holding the people on the “Niagara Falls Water Authority” accountable for the PR disaster THEY are responsible for? Sweeping it under the rug is not the right answer. And trying to blame the businesses for posting this on social media is so ridiculous.
