News that Woodbine Entertainment Group plans to build a 5,000-seat theatre at the Toronto racetrack isn’t sitting well with Mayor Jim Diodati.
“I’ve go to be honest, it is some cause for concern,” Diodati said after learning that the group that operates the Toronto track and slots facility has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with a developer to build the facility.
