Does anyone know what these supplies and equipment are for? I saw this in the small Canadian Niagara Hotels (CNH) lot beside the Jolley Cut and Skylon Tower.

I thought it might have something to do with that, but wasn’t sure.
Where is the event happening exactly?
I think the course is going to start at the Skylon, down their driveway to Murray Hill, down Murray Hill and ending at the Disney lights area. Something like that anyway. That route is like a chute and would allow for good viewing from all the higher places on both sides.
