It would appear so. I don’t know when the change was made, but all of the signage at the former Little Caesars location on Victoria Avenue is gone, and the signs now have the name

I went there once and the pizza sucks. I’m not kidding its like having a pizza hut and then pizza hut closes and someone takes over and changes the name but serves you a knock off pizza. I asked if it were the same owners and the guy tells me same owners but different kind of pizza.
In more ways then one we let them have their pizza and we decided to run our own thing.
