From the Niagara Falls Review:
The Niagara Convention and Civic Centre has reached an agreement with Anna Olson, the Food Network Canada celebrity chef, to endorse the facility scheduled to open in two years.
“This is an exciting moment for our centre. It states loud and clear that our food program is intended to be well above the average banquet meal quality other centres are known for offering,” said convention centre president Kerry Painter.
