A month ago I posted about the motel being torn down on Ferry St beside Al Macs. Now the abandoned house across the street and beside the Capri has been torn down.

Hopefully that long abandonded eyesore on the corner will be next.
I’m pretty sure it is next because the sold sign said 4 buildings were included in the sale of property only 2 been torn down so far.
