From the Niagara Falls Review:
The lights have been put away for another year.
Monday wrapped up the 25th annual Winter Festival of Lights, and while final figures aren’t yet available general manager Dino Fazio expects them to compare with the 1.3 million people who took in last year’s event.
In other words, it’s still the biggest lights festival in Canada.
“It was a big success,” he said. “We had a lot of lights and different events. We’re still tabulating some of the numbers, but overall it was a good year for us.”
