Yesterday when I was on Victoria Avenue, I noticed that there was a new sign in the window of the former Wacky Wings Sports Lounge. It was a notice for a Liquor License Application (due by February 2). Apparently that location is becoming Cantina Charlies Niagara Falls.
I did a quick search and there is a popular night club in Toronto called Cantina Charlies. I don’t know if this is the same brand or not, or if it is going to be a night club (like Rumours or Dragonfly), or a bar/lounge that serves some food.
When I was by there, a truck was in the small driveway and the back side door was open. You could hear a power saw going inside. They are definitely doing some kind of work.
