Niagara Falls will need to shine its brightest this weekend if it wants to keep the reputation it earned last year as Canada’s brightest star.
Judges from WinterLights Celebration, a nation-wide competition which measures spirit and pride in communities, will be in the city this weekend checking out the Winter Festival of Lights, residential and commercial lighting displays and a number of winter activities.
