From CBC Arts: The National Library and Archives in Ottawa has obtained the photograph collection of Canadian photojournalist Jock Carroll. Carroll spent three decades travelling the world for news organizations like Maclean’s, Weekend Magazine, Colliers and Sports Illustrated. He died in 1995 at age 76. Apparently the name for the new waterpark is Fallsview Waterpark (not Atlantis):

I noticed this sign on some fencing at the DongBu Tours building: The name is familiar, so I looked at their website. Apparently they have done several projects in Niagara Falls, including the Canadian Niagara Hotels Conference Centre, Planet Hollywood, and the Radisson Hotel.
