The main part of the Quality Inn Clifton Hill is completely down, and the rubble removed. They have filled in where basements and the pool were. It looks like the only thing left is that back section.
The gaming area of Boston Pizza is called Sportszone. With the Quality Inn Clifton Hill being demolished, HOCO is expanding Sportszone.
The demolition of the Quality Inn Clifton Hill is coming along nicely.

All of the main signs for the Quality Inn Clifton Hill are now down and the signs are only for the Comfort Inn Clifton Hill.
It looks like the back half of the Quality Inn Clifton Hill has been torn down. You can now see the tail of the dragon from the outside pool. From the right angle you can also see through the trees to the Falls.

At some point last week (I was there on Friday), the demolition of the Quality Inn on Clifton Hill started. Also, there is a lot of work happening behind the Sports Zone area of Boston Pizza.
