From the Buffalo News:
State health officials have issued an advisory that some people may have been exposed to measles May 11-12 at four locations, including Niagara Falls.
A tourist from India with measles visited the locations, according to the Health Department.
People lacking immunity or who are not sure if they have been vaccinated should contact their physician if they develop measles symptoms, which include fever and rash 10 to 12 days after exposure. Measles is spread by direct contact with nasal or throat secretions.

From Niagara Frontier Publications:
One of the greatest attractions on Earth is less than 15 minutes from your backyard.
It’s a wonder of the world, located within America’s oldest state park.
And you’re missing out on it.
“The thing that amazes me every day is that every day there are people here who save money their whole lives to come here – from around the world,” said Angela Berti, APR, marketing and public affairs officer for the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
Locally, “We get all these people that just – they take it for granted,” Berti said. “And at the same time, people are saving to come from China and India. And we need to respect that, and take more advantage of it.”
FirstPost.com is a web site based in India. It seems to be primarily a news site, but it also has information on places and things of interest to their readers. Niagara Falls is one of those things.
They recently posted a video called the QHR Report. It is a 9-minute video of a couple of teenagers walking around Clifton Hill. They talk to people and go into various attractions. I have no idea what the QHR Report really is, but I figured some of you might want to see the video.
