    From Niagara This Week:

John Scozzafava knew he had something special back in August of 2014 when he harvested a rather large zucchini from his backyard garden.

The folks at the Guinness Book of World Records thought so, too, and now Scozzafava has the documentation to prove his gardening prowess. The gargantuan vegetable measured 2.53 metres (8 feet, 3.3 inches) in length and smashed a record of 2.39 metres (seven feet, 10 inches) held by Gurdial Singh Kanwal of Brampton, Ont.

The certificate from Guinness and various news articles about Scozzafava’s feat are now on display at the Guinness World Records Museum on Clifton Hill for everyone to see.

Dani’s Wonderful Things: Day 4 Clifton Hill Amusements

Someone with a Blogger blog posted about a recent trip to Niagara Falls (including lots of pictures):

Clifton Hill is the street where all the amusements are. The Wax Museums, the Horror Houses, Guiness Book of World Records, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not and on and on. There are so many places to see and visit. Gerry and I decided on The Movieland Wax Museum of Stars and The Guiness Book of World Records Museum. Honestly, it would take a few days to visit everything!
