I took these pictures on Wednesday, when we had a very nice, clear day. You can definitely understand why some people travel across the world to see this area!
Yesterday was a warm and beautiful day in Niagara Falls. As I was out for a walk at lunch, I took a bunch of pictures. Enjoy!
I posted back at the beginning of March that the crocus and other plants were starting to come up. Well, with all of this rain and temperatures in the teens, the daffodils are everywhere!
From Niagara This Week:
It’s not only the plants and flowers that are getting a head start on the season.
A mild winter and even balmier spring means an early start to the season for the Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours.
The boats are scheduled to take to the water on April 19, one of the company’s earliest season starts ever.
The April 19 date is almost two weeks ahead of the average start time for the tour season.
I’m sure some of the flowers will get damaged with the huge gusts of wind today, but this is what the Niagara Parkway/Queen Victoria Park area looked like yesterday. Nice!
It is great to see the flowers starting to come up along the Niagara Parkway, even if it is through the snow.
The snow is gone now, and some of the smaller flowers have opened.
