From Buffalo Business First:
Using a year-old revised formula, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. has made a $6.715 million (Canadian) revenue payment to the city of Niagara Falls, Ont.
The OLGC’s first quarter ended on June 30.
The payment is based on the city’s share of first quarter revenues generated from Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort. Since the new funding formula was established last year, Niagara Falls has received more than $27.9 million in non-tax gaming revenues from the OLGC.
