There is no question that a visit to Niagara Falls can be an expensive one. Especially if you have a large family and especially if you want to visit the Canadian side with its honky-tonkish arcade-filled Clifton Hill and the lure of a large casino and several pricey attractions. But Mr. Cheapskate says leave your passport home and carve out a fun and relatively inexpensive day visiting the sites, history and majesty of the American side of Niagara Falls.
