Sure, it would be nice if they came in person, but that seems unlikely. So the next best thing would be to see them in Movieland Wax Museum of Stars. The likeness of Jimmy Fallon is ok, but I think Justin Timberlake looks excellent!
I’m not sure when these figures were put in, but I just noticed them the other day.
This has got to be one of my favourite displays on Clifton Hill. As mentioned previously, the lobby/entrance to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Museum was recently renovated. One of the displays ia of a group of misfit musicians. There is just something about it that I find quite clever, and funny. I’ve posted a video to TwitVid that shows the 3-legged man and the caged man (he’s very small) playing SexyBack by Justin Timberlake. They’ve now added a woman with a stretched neck (she plays it like a güiro). I’ve heard a few other popular songs as well, and it is synced up very well. You can’t help but stand there and watch (or at least I can’t, anyway!). Best of all… it’s free. You don’t have to put in a quarter, or a dollar, or any other amount to watch them. Nice!
