The fire was quickly extinguished&#8230;<br \/>\nGeorge Yerich Jr., vice-president of the Skylon Tower, said the building has a sprinkler system, but Tuesday&#8217;s fire was &#8220;not severe enough to set it off.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We were up and running for our lunch and dinner shifts today (Wednesday),&#8221; he said, adding the fire department responded to the late-night fire &#8220;very quickly&#8221; and were &#8220;great to work with.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From the Niagara Falls Review: A fire at the Skylon Tower late Tuesday night caused $15,000 in damages, but resulted in no injuries to the public.
