A bylaw will go before town council next Monday night.<\/p>\n<p>The issue will also need approval from Niagara Region, and must meet other requirements from the provincial government.<\/p>\n<p>Close to 60 people took to the podium to voice their support or opposition to the proposal during a town council meeting last night.<\/p>\n<p>Normally, council meetings are held inside town hall.
