Niagara Falls, uncouth, out-of-fashion and badly in need of a new coat of paint, would be Oscar; while Niagara-on-the-Lake would be Felix, stuck-up, tony and impossibly austere.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They do a good job for the high-end, wealthy Victorian type,&#8221; says R.T. (Ted) Salci, 60, mayor of Niagara Falls. &#8220;Our neighbours will pay $6 for a hot dog, but we don&#8217;t go for that here.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, the lines between Oscar and Felix may be blurring.
