As the expansion of the 38 million dollar complex<\/a> is coming to its final stages.\u00a0 One of the final sections left to complete, is the construction forming the upper part of the steeple (as seen here.) However as you can see it has been taken down. This could mean one of two things, that it has been scrapped altogether? Or that it is easier to finish framing from the ground, and then hoist back up once completed. Either way it is a beautiful addition to the parkway.<\/p>\n
