It&#8217;s fried!<\/p>\n<p>Owner Charlie Burland of the Niagara Clifton Group shut it down at noon Sunday, a day after it was featured in the Niagara Falls Review.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how it worked: For $2, passersby could watch a very lifelike mannequin dying in an electric chair, complete with smoke and screams of pain.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks, Mr. Burland &#8211; I know it was making money, but if the calls and e-mails I received are any indication, many people didn&#8217;t like it. Especially having it on public display where it could be viewed by young children, situated right next to an ice cream store.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, by shutting it down so quickly you have probably saved yourself a lot of headaches.
