I haven’t seen any news stories online, but apparently a walkway associated with the waterpark that is being built by Canadian Niagara Hotels on the Casino Niagara parking garage didn’t have all the permits necessary to work. They went to city council last night asking for a couple of approvals and\/or changes, and the mayor was very upset and a stop work order was issued. I don’t know if this affects the entire waterpark, just the walkway, or what.<\/p>\n

I didn’t think this would happen, but I did mention in a previous post<\/a> that “CNH is notorious for getting things done late, and also having last minute permit problems. Things always work out in the end, but don’t be surprised if this gets delayed beyond the end of this month.” Unintentionally I guess it was kind of prophetic \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
