When Bob Gale had to pinpoint who he thinks is responsible for “wrongdoing” at the Niagara Parks Commission, he pointed the finger directly at chairman Jim Williams.<\/p>\n

It’s how he answered question No. 12 on the provincial integrity commissioner’s “disclosure of wrongdoing form” which Gale, who has sat on the parks commission for two years, formally filed July 30.<\/p>\n
