It looks like it will be done in a couple of phases. They have torn down their existing building that housed the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accessniagara.com\/gallery\/categories.php?cat_id=124\">Cosmic Golf<\/a> glow-in-the-dark mini-putt, and Niagara Marketplace. I believe this building will be rebuilt for a similar purpose. The Ferris wheel is going a little further back on the HOCO property, and I guess won&#8217;t be started until later.
