The revival of the Niagara Falls International Speedway.<\/p>\n<p>Never heard of it? Not many people have. In 2000, millionaire Trevor Eyton put forward a plan to build a 1.5-mile oval with 60,000 permanent seats in the heart of the Niagara region. It would have provided the perfect opportunity for NASCAR to showcase itself in Canada.
