Having small amounts of marijuana, if not actually legalized, has been decriminalized down to something akin to a parking ticket.<\/p>\n<p>This same person, if he or she is so inclined, could even legally marry a person of the same sex.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Las Vegas of the north.&#8221; That&#8217;s how Det.
