I have no idea if this particular story is true, but a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.philly.com\/philly\/sports\/other_sports\/bill-stern-sportscaster-fantasy-colgate-sports-newsreel-rochester-20170915.html\">Philadelphia Enquirer<\/a>\u00a0story shares the following&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In 1946, Stern told the story of millionaire Harry Oakes. Decades earlier Oakes had been a hobo. De-training in Baltimore, he found a $1 bill.
