He was arrested before he could jump. It turns out that he previously jumped off the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accessniagara.com\/c\/?8\">Skylon Tower<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.accessniagara.com\/blog\/index.php\/2005\/08\/22\/more_skylon_tower_information\">Last August<\/a> I asked Dave Gillies, Director of Sales for Skylon Tower, if base jumping was a problem. He said it wasn&#8217;t since the observation deck was covered.
