I currently reside in Los Angeles but return to my hometown six weeks each year.<\/p>\n<p>This June, I will be retiring from Los Angeles Unified School District after 30 years of service as a teacher, counselor and an administrator. My current plan is to buy a home in Niagara County&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;But two major factors have come to my attention causing me to strongly question my decision to spend my retirement savings on property in Niagara Falls.
