Wayne Campbell introduced a motion calling on Mayor Jim Diodati to meet with the city\u2019s tourism stakeholders to possibly remove the fee for Niagara Falls residents&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere always has been bad vibes between the citizens of Niagara Falls and tourism,\u201d he says. \u201cSo here\u2019s an opportunity for the tourist industry to mend some fences, I think.
