This will come off as negative but is truly not meant to be. I appreciate our city council and the PARP\u2019s efforts to bring life back into the Pine Avenue businesses district. I was lost though at the mention of a new Main Street. Pine Avenue will never replace the area I and many other residents of the city knew and loved.<\/p>\n
