Many visitors to AccessNiagara have commented in the past that they are very slow in getting things done. Here is a picture of the area where the complex will be. It looks pretty much like it did <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accessniagara.com\/blog\/index.php\/2006\/09\/07\/construction-at-marineland\/\">a year ago<\/a>, except that last year there were trucks in the area. This year there are none.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.accessniagara.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/20070712_marineland_development_01.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"20070712_marineland_development_01.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is a picture of the large sign that is near Arctic Cove. The plans look great, but Arctic Cove is the only part of the development that has been completed.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.accessniagara.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/20070712_marineland_development_02.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"20070712_marineland_development_02.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you look closely at the &#8220;Arctic Cove Opening&#8221; year, it was something else, and then a new 03 was put on the end. Obviously it was supposed to open earlier, and they had to correct the year.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.accessniagara.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/20070712_marineland_development_03.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"20070712_marineland_development_03.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I know people get frustrated with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accessniagara.com\/c\/?61\">Marineland<\/a>, but I don&#8217;t think you can fault them if business levels don&#8217;t indicated this is something they should do.
