Our first glimpse of Niagara Falls was from the Rainbow Bridge, which connects the United States and Canada. It was the end of a long day on the road when we arrived in northwest New York, having driven through a portion of the Adirondacks on the drive west from Cooperstown, N.Y., the mythical hometown of baseball, and site of the Baseball Hall of Fame.<\/p>\n
