Andrew Cuomo said while visiting Niagara Falls Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Cuomo, and those who spoke before him, touched on a number of topics involving the improvement of the city through his $1 billion NY Parks 2020 program.<\/p>\n<p>The most significant change coming though, is the renaming of a much-used highway \u2014 Robert Moses Parkway.<\/p>\n<p>The extensive road reaches from the Grand Island Bridge, all the way into the town of Porter, and will soon feature a name more characteristic of it\u2019s location near the Niagara River and Lake Ontario.
