All not terribly attractive, I can see why they are doing it. There will be a lot of press coverage of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accessniagara.com\/c\/?804\">Jay Cochrane<\/a>, and these signs will end up in a lot of photos and videos.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2  More signs were put up after I took this picture.
