It almost goes without saying, anybody with a bit of computer knowledge can figure out what happened,&#8221; said Don Nesbitt, who has worked in the information technology field for 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>Nesbitt said he believes some voters must have enlisted computer assistance to puff up the results.
