{"id":144,"date":"2005-12-30T12:59:38","date_gmt":"2005-12-30T17:59:38","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T04:00:00","slug":"cast_ballot_for_most_notable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/accessniagara.com\/blog\/2005\/12\/30\/cast_ballot_for_most_notable\/","title":{"rendered":"Cast ballot for Most Notable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accessniagara.com\/c\/?28\">Niagara Falls Review<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Now is the perfect opportunity to brush up on the city\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s history, while having a little fun trying to decide who is Niagara Falls\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Most Notable.<\/p>\n<p>There is still time to pick up a ballot because the nomination deadline has been extended for a contest that is being sponsored by the City of Niagara Falls Heritage Week Committee, the Niagara Falls Public Library and the City of Niagara Falls Museums.<\/p>\n<p>The original deadline was Dec. 24, but it has been pushed back so more people can participate, said Debbie Legge, Educational Programmer for the Niagara Falls Museums.<\/p>\n<p>The new deadline is Jan. 7.<\/p>\n<p>The nominee must be a person from the past who helped make Niagara Falls what it is today.
